Shipping

Most items will be ready to leave our shop within 2-5 business days from the order date.

Shipping insurance in the amount of $50 is provided at no fee for items that are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. If you wish to purchase additional insurance you must contact us at Bibetts@bibetts.com.

Please note that once I give the package to the postal carrier I am no longer responsible for the item. If you are worried about your package getting lost in the mail please contact us to purchase shipping insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS TAX OR IMPORT FEE UPON ENTRY IN THE BUYERS COUNTRY. This fee or tax is NOT included in the shipping fee and it is the buyers responsibility. Please be sure that you contact your countries postal office to find out more about customs taxes and import fees BEFORE you make your purchase. I will not be able to pay your customs tax or import fees. I am not able to alter the cost of goods on the customs forms so please do not ask.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Any unused carrier can be returned  within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returned carriers must be in new, unwashed condition with all tags attached. We need to be able to re-sale these items.

If your item has been modified, we will not be able to accept a return. This includes things like adding embellishments, altering the length, removing manufactures care and safety tags and any other cosmetic or structural alterations. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any carrier returned without all original tags, packaging or soiled will be assessed a fee of up to 60% of the original purchase price.

Shipping fees are not refundable. If you received a Free Shipping promotion and then returned your item, the amount we originally paid to ship your item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items purchased during a Flash Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Manufacturers warranty is still valid.

Exchanges:

Any carrier can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All exchanged carriers must be in new, unwashed condition with all tags attached. We need to be able to re-sale these items.

If your item has been modified, we will not be able to accept it for an exchange. This includes things like adding embellishments, altering the length, removing manufactures care and safety tags and any other cosmetic or structural alterations. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Limited Warranty

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY: Any Bibetts Brand carrier can be sent back for repairs on damage that resulted from proper use within the first 90 days of the date of delivery free of charge. Proof of purchase is required. We reserve the right to determine if the damage resulted from proper use of the Bibetts Brand carrier.

Other brands of manufacturers offer warranties as well. Please see your packaging materials for warranty information.
