How do I wash my carrier?

-Please follow the wash instructions included with your product. In most cases, this can be found on the sewn in tag attached to your carrier.


- For Bibetts Brand products: You can machine wash your carrier on a delicate/hand wash setting in a mild liquid detergent. No bleach. ALWAYS WASH SEPARATELY. Tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang it to dry.

Tip: To keep the rings from banging around in your dryer, place a small sock over them.


My carrier fabric is not very soft yet. How can I soften it or break it in?

1. USE your carrier!
2. Machine WASH it and tumble DRY on low heat a few times.
3. Linen can be a beast to break in and a STEAM IRON will do wonders
4. With a sling you can pull the threaded fabric BACK and FORTH through the rings.
5. BRAID the fabric as you would crochet.
6. Tip from a customer: SLEEP ON IT. Put it under your sheets a let your sleeping body do the work!


What's the deal with this large Warning tag?

- The Warning tags and information on them are required for safety by American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). They are large but contain important safety information. If you find they are bothersome and you are not going to return your carrier, you can carefully remove the tags with SCISSORS. Do not try to pull it out! You will damage your carrier!


What is your return policy?

Returns:

Any unused carrier can be returned  within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. All returned carriers must be in new, unwashed condition with all tags attached. We need to be able to re-sale these items.

If your item has been modified, we will not be able to accept a return. This includes things like adding embellishments, altering the length, removing manufactures care and safety tags and any other cosmetic or structural alterations. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any carrier returned without all original tags, packaging or soiled will be assessed a fee of up to 60% of the original purchase price.

Shipping fees are not refundable. If you received a Free Shipping promotion and then returned your item, the amount we originally paid to ship your item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.

Items purchased during a Flash Sale are not eligible for a return or exchange. Manufacturers warranty is still valid.

Exchanges:

Any carrier can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All exchanged carriers must be in new, unwashed condition with all tags attached. We need to be able to re-sale these items.
